Well it couldn't last forever. Apparently Bob Wickman cannot pitch in the state of Florida. Man, that at-bat from Yunel Escobar in the bottom of the ninth was awesome. I'm starting to be of the opinion that we should NOT trade either Salty or Escobar - keep both. They add depth right now and I think they will both soon be starting full time and KJ and Thorman will be relegated to the bench (by the way both KJ and Thor are pretty good pinch hitters).

Off to the left coast this week. It's up to "los angeles braves fan" to get himself on camera ala "Rehab Reject" last night with a sign that says "Free Salty." Really, I couldn't have been prouder. I've got to say I hope we do some winning out west. I'm more concerned because I had asked Jenny to take over the Open Threads last week to try and change things up and break the losing streak, and lo and behold the Braves rattled off 5 wins in a row with her at the helm. I am way too superstitious to think that wasn't just a coincidence. Anyway, if they start losing, she's back to doing the open threads.
