I was at the ballpark the weekend of the Tigers series and made it around to about 10 players to get their assessment of the team's performance and their personal performance through the first half of the season. I'll be transcribing these interviews and posting them in the upcoming weeks through the All-Star break, but most of them will be available for mp3 download. I've never made the mp3 files of the interviews available for download, so we'll see how it goes. Here is a schedule of upcoming postings:

I ask many of the same questions to each player, and while that might get a little repetitive, I like to see how different players answer the same questions. It can really show the personalities of the different players, and give a bit of insight into how each of them thinks about the game and about the season.
A warning on the audio interviews. I have this annoying little habit that I can't seem to totally break myself of. After many of the questions I'll say, "cool." It's sort of like my "okay," or my "um." Hopefully that won't get too annoying.
