We survived the near-apocalyptic appearance of Mike Hampton in a major league baseball game last night, so in theory, we can survive anything. Yesterday was a weird game, though. I can't remember a game when we scored so many runs in one inning (9) and didn't score another run the entire game.
I love all the rumors and counter-rumors out there right now. I think the bottom line is that no one knows where Tex is going to wind up. I do think, though, that he will wind up somewhere -- he's just too much of an impact bat for some contender not to want him when he's at his best.
