From Bill Shanks over at The Braves Show:
Arodys Vizcaino, who was acquired from the Yankees in the Javier Vazquez trade, was dominant in a four-inning appearance Thursday against Detroit's Low-A team. Vizcaino faced 12 batters and retired all 12 batters. There were not many good swings off Vizcaino, who at times toyed with the hitters with his outstanding curve and blazing fastball. You could tell Vizcaino still needs work on his changeup, but his fastball and curve are above-average pitches. Vizcaino even wowed some of the other Braves pitching prospects who were watching the game.
I like. Just think how good he'll be when he gets his changeup working.
