The Braves try to extend their winning streak (and their division lead) in game 2 of the series. Cole Hamels throws for the Phillies versus Tim Hudson for the Braves. Scattered thunderstorms are in the forecast (again).
Hamels is left-handed, which is perhaps a cause for concern. Of course, perhaps it isn't--the Braves did just win 3 straight versus the Pirates' lefties. Then again, Hamels is better than any of the Pirates' starters, and the Phillies' lineup (even in its depleted, slumping form) is potentially much more dangerous than the Pirates' lineup. This should be a good test of our mojo. Hopefully Huddy can keep getting tons of ground balls and hold the Phillies in check.
Here's the lineup (which I love, btw):
1) Prado, 2B
2) Heyward, RF
3) Jones, 3B
4) Glaus, 1B
5) McCann, C
6) Escobar, SS
7) Infante, LF
8) Cabrera, CF
9) Hudson, P
