Open Thread 6/10: Braves at Diamondbacks

The Braves look to even up the series with the Diamondbacks 2-2 as Tommy Hanson takes the mound against Dontrelle Willis. Hanson and Willis both won their latest starts as Hanson beat the Dodgers and Willis beat the Rockies. Following the game, the Braves fly up to Minnesota for three games against the Twins, who are 20-9 at home, so winning today will be vital if they wish to have a .500 or better road trip. Nate McLouth is out of today's lineup following the collision with Jason Heyward. Right now, McLouth is day-to-day but he could land on the DL if he is concussed. Brian McCann is getting his normal day after night game rest and fortunately it is against a left-hander once again (seems like that happens almost every time this situation occurs). In the series preview, I predicted that Troy Glaus would take Dontrelle deep, so let's hope Troy makes me look good as I round out my debut as a Talking Chop author.
