In a tweet from the Atlanta Braves official account, it looks like the team will move Kris Medlen into a rotation spot:
The Braves will option RHP Kris Medlen to Gwinnett and recall OF Jose Constanza from Gwinnett. Constanza will wear number 17.

The details per Mark Bowman:
Braves have optioned Medlen to Gwinnett and recalled Jose Constanza.Medlen will make 2-3 starts before joining ATL rotation.

Of course, I don't really see what Jose Constanza can do. Maybe he'll get hot again like he did last year for a couple of weeks. He's been slumping mightily recently, hitting just .139 in his past 10 games. He seems to have gotten into some bad habits, and hasn't gotten a walk in his last 34 at-bats. Not the kind of guy I'd recall at this time...
Also, he's in the lineup, hitting ninth ... pitcher hitting eighth. Oye!
I would imagine that at some point over the next day or two the Braves will need to make a decision on David Ross, whether he needs to go to the disabled list or not. So they'll like either move him to the DL, or send J.C. Boscan down, and recall Cory Gearrin to take Medlen's spot in the bullpen.
In other news, shortstop Andrelton Simmons was just named the Southern League Hitter of the Week.
