Gilmartin Picks Up First AAA Win, Terdoslavich Stays Hot, And Salcedo Extends Hitting Streak To 7 Games In Saturday's Atlanta Braves Minor League Action

Sean Gilmartin picked up his first AAA win, Joey Terdoslavich stayed hot, Edward Salcedo extended his hitting streak to 7 games, Levi Hyams saw his 8 game hitting streak end but picked up 3 walks, and Adam Milligan had a big day for Lynchburg.

Carlos Franco was 3-17 in his last 6 games, but he was 3-4 tonight, doubling, driving in a pair of runs, and adding a walk for good measure. The 19 year old from the Dominican Republic has a .428 OBP this year, walking in 18.4% of his plate appearances. In his last 3 games, Edison Sanchez has gone 4-13 with 4 doubles and 3 RBI. In his last 5 appearances, Eduardo Castillo has allowed 1 earned run in 9 innings of work.
