The M-Braves beat the Pensacola Blue Wahoos by a final score of 5-3, but the big story was Christian Bethancourt extending his on-base streak to 39 games, a new Mississippi record. Bethancourt extended his streak in grand fashion, launching his 11th home run, his third in two games. The Mississippi backstop also laced a single and took his 14th walk of the season, bringing his season slash line to .291/.318/.462. Elsewhere, Tommy La Stella, Robby Hefflinger, and Dan Brewer all contributed doubles to the offense. Aaron Northcraft wasn't as masterful as he was in his last start, allowing three runs off of six hits and three walks in six innings of work, striking out four. Mississippi's bullpen dominated in the final three innings, as Thomas Keeling, James Hoyt, and Ryne Harper combined to allow no runs on two hits, striking out five.

Lynchburg made the most of their offense on Tuesday, scoring six runs on six hits, beating the Dash 6-4. Trenton Moses reached base twice via a walk and a triple, his first of the season. Second basemen Daniel Castro collected two hits while shortstop Elmer Reyes also reached base twice, roping a single and taking a walk. A.J. Holland wasn't particularly impressive, surrendering four runs, two of which were earned, on five hits and three walks. Converted outfielder Wilson Rivera was extremely impressive in three innings of relief, allowing no runs on one hit, fanning three. Chasen Shreve and John Cornely continued the bullpen dominance, allowing no runs and no hits in three combined innings of work.

Rome beat the Sand Gnats in a pitcher's duel at State Mutual Stadium, clawing their way to a 2-1 victory, bringing their record to .500 on the season. Mauricio Cabrera pitched well, allowing one run on four hits and three walks in six innings of work, striking out five. Savannah's starter Gabriel Ynoa — a very solid prospect in his own right — matched Cabrera in every way, allowing only three hits in his six innings of work. Rome's bullpen pitched masterfully, allowing no hits and one walk in three innings, striking out four. The offense was only able to squeak out two runs on four hits, but it turned out to be all they would need thanks to the masterful performance from the pitching staff. Daniel Carroll collected his sixth double while Jose Peraza collected his sixth triple and 54th stolen base of the season. The high-ceiling shortstop prospect has performed incredibly well in his full-season debut as a teenager, slashing .281/.344/.362.

Victor Caratini was the offensive star of the game, lacing his 19th double and collecting four walks. The second round pick is absolutely scalding in his past ten games, slashing .438/.591/.594 with five doubles and an 11:5 walk-to-strikeout ratio. Right fielder Alejandro Piloto also doubled, his fifth of the season. Andry Ubiera struggled on the mound, surrendering six runs on five hits and two walks in 3.2 innings of work. The relief corps of Jordan Sechler, Richie Tate, and Michael Swanner kept the Twins at bay, allowing no runs in 5.1 innings of work.

Alec Grosser, who was picked two rounds after Manwaring, pitched three innings, allowing two runs on three hits and three walks. Christian Barczykowski and Tyler Vail combined for three innings of scoreless relief, allowing two hits, one walk, and striking out four.
