Freddie Freeman could be back in the Atlanta Braves' lineup as soon as next Thursday in Philadelphia according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution's David O'Brien. Freeman will continue his rehab in Florida at extended spring training before heading out on a minor league rehab assignment with Gwinnett next Tuesday and Wednesday.

Freeman has progressed from dry swings to full on batting practice in the last few days. The Braves have sorely missed his bat in the middle of the order during his absence.

Atlanta has two more games remaining on the current home stand against the Dodgers before heading out on a nine-game road trip that will take them to St. Louis, Baltimore and Philadelphia.
