FanDuel Fantasy Baseball Picks: July 29

Hello, FanDuel. It's Wednesday.

Scott Kane-USA TODAY Sports

It is "hump day" at the end of the July, and the dog days of Summer are here. However, there is always time for baseball, and MLB provides a juicy slate this evening.

SB Nation and FanDuel continue to partner on daily fantasy baseball, and we regularly bring you "recommended" lineups. Today, we will break out a winning (we hope) group for the evening slate, and hopefully, things will go well.

Editor's Note: SB Nation's partner FanDuel is hosting a $100,000 one-day fantasy baseball league today. It's $3 to join and first place wins $8,000. Enter now!

As usual, fading my picks may be your best option, so if you do that, I won't be offended in the slightest.

Note: This lineup would be used in a 7:05 pm ET contest.

P - Tyson Ross ($8,500)

C - Matt Wieters ($2,500)

1B - Chris Davis ($3,700)

2B - Jimmy Paredes ($2,600)

3B - Josh Donaldson ($4,700)

SS - Xander Bogaerts ($2,900)

OF - Cameron Maybin ($3,500)

OF - Adam Eaton ($3,700)

OF - Ezequiel Carrera ($2,700)

There aren't a ton of "slam dunk" options, but the game between the Braves and Orioles could provide fireworks. I'm going with Maybin, Davis and Wieters in platoon-friendly match-ups, and the respective starting pitchers can be beaten.

Elsewhere, I'm spending big dollars on Josh Donaldson (because he's a monster) and Adam Eaton, who has a super juicy battle against the hittable Rick Porcello. Cap things off with a red-hot Tyson Ross against the pop-less Mets, and there you have it.

The slogan, as always, is to simply make money, and this lineup can (hopefully) help you get there. Let's do this together.
