The Atlanta Braves found themselves with a depleted roster on Thursday in wake of the big trade that sent Alex Wood, Jim Johnson and Luis Avilan to the Dodgers. The Braves made a roster move on Thursday calling up pitchers Jake Brigham, Ryan Kelly and Matt Marksberry.

Brigham and Kelly each had short stints with the Braves earlier this season. Brigham has appeared in five games allowing six runs and 16 hits in 9 2/3 innings. Kelly saw action in three games allowing four runs and three hits in 2 2/3 innings. Brigham was 3-0 in four games at Gwinnett with a 5.00 ERA. Kelly was 3-1 with a 1.25 ERA in 17 games at Triple-A. This will be Marksberry's first stint in the majors. He posted a 2.61 ERA in 11 games at Gwinnett so far this season.
In addition to those three moves, Williams Perez is also in Philadelphia and will likely get the start on Saturday in place of Alex Wood.
