MLB All-Star Game voting results: Braves shutout by fans

The fan voted starting lineups for the 2015 MLB All-Star game have been released.

Frank Victores-USA TODAY Sports

The results are in and the 2015 MLB All-Star game starting lineups have been released. Not a surprise, but no Atlanta Braves were voted into the starting lineup and none were really in contention throughout the process. St Louis and Miami have two representatives each on the National League side while four Kansas City Royals were voted in for the American League.

Shelby Miller put up another solid start on Sunday and still looks like Atlanta's best candidate to land on the squad, however Cameron Maybin perhaps deserves a bit of consideration as well. Maybin is hitting .294 on the season with seven home runs and 39 RBIs. He also has 15 stolen bases and has scored 34 runs.

Here is a look at the starting lineups for the 2015 MLB All-Star Game:

NATIONAL LEAGUE

1B: Paul Goldschmidt, D-backs
2B: Dee Gordon, Marlins
3B: Todd Frazier, Reds

OF: Giancarlo Stanton, Marlins

AMERICAN LEAGUE

2B: Jose Altuve, Astros
3B: Josh Donaldson, Blue Jays
SS: Alcides Escobar, Royals
OF: Mike Trout, Angels
OF: Lorenzo Cain, Royals
OF: Alex Gordon, Royals
DH: Nelson Cruz, Mariners
