The Atlanta Braves and New York Mets open a four-game set at Turner Field Thursday night. Shelby Miller takes the mound for Atlanta and will be seeking his first win in his last 20 starts. Miller has allowed two runs or less in 20 of his 28 starts this season. He was tagged for six earned runs in just 4 1/3 innings of an 8-2 loss to Washington last Saturday.
The Mets will counter with veteran right hander Bartolo Colon who carries a scoreless innings streak of 25 into tonight's start. Colon tossed a complete game shutout against the Miami Marlins last time out. He is 3-0 this season in three starts against the Braves with a 3.79 ERA.
