Happy Monday everyone! Brad and I join up as co-hosts just like the good old days of the podcast to discuss the latest goings on in Braves Country, including the following:

  • John Schuerholz unanimously being elected into the Hall of Fame.
  • Our thoughts on the Jamie Garcia trade, and what we think that means for the future pursuit of top-of-the-rotation arms like Chris Archer, who’s apparently the team’s new top target.
  • What we think of the Alex Jackson acquisition (farewell Max Povse, we all love you) and whether or not he can figure things out in Atlanta. Oh, and can he play catcher by any chance?
  • Welington Castillo rumors: is he a better fit than the current group of underwhelming Braves catchers? Is he good at preventing “base stealing players” as I so eloquently state it? Would you want to sign him?
  • Some general thoughts on Major League Baseball’s new Collective Bargaining Agreement, where the wealth of baseball knowledge between Brad and myself is put on full display.

Please check out the podcast via the iTunes Store (where we strongly encourage you to leave a five-star review and rating) or you can find us at our SoundCloud page for all the latest.
