It was not a fun week for the Atlanta Braves, as the team floundered when playing against Major League teams not named the San Diego Padres. However, the Talking Chop Podcast rolls on and TC’s own Eric Cole joins the program for Episode 62 to break down a variety of topics. They include the following:

  • Sunday’s game was frustrating. Saturday’s game was frustrating. In other news, the Braves have lost six straight.
  • Bryce Harper has a good time when he faces Julio Teheran and we try to figure out why
  • Freddie Freeman is out of his mind right now
  • Why in the world is Adonis Garcia hitting regularly in the No. 2 hole?
  • Is SunTrust Park a hitter-friendly venue? We examine in (way) too early fashion
  • Aaron Blair and Matt Wisler have made brief appearances. What does this mean?
  • A plea for Ryan Howard
  • Eric’s thoughts on a recent trip to Rome and how the early part of the MiLB season is going
  • Tidbits on Alex Jackson, Mike Soroka, Ian Anderson, Joey Wentz and (many) more throughout the organization
  • Much, much more
