Game Thread 4/5: Braves at Mets

Bartolo Colon takes the mound in game two of the 2017 season

Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

After a day off, the Braves are back in action tonight against the New York Mets. The game starts a 7:10 PM ET and can be found on Fox Sports South as well as on Braves Radio Network and 680 AM/97.3 FM. Bartolo Colon, better known to some as Big Sexy, will be on the bump for the Braves tonight. It’s a fitting debut for him, as he spent the past three seasons donning orange and blue with the Mets. Right-hander Jacob deGrom will make the start on the mound for New York. Atlanta will look to bounce back after a disappointing 6-0 loss to the Mets on Opening Day.

David O’Brien of the Atlanta Journal Constitution tweeted out Atlanta’s lineup earlier this afternoon. The lone change from Monday is Kurt Suzuki taking over at catcher and batting in the 8-hole tonight.
