Game Thread 9/5: Braves vs. Rangers

In case you haven't heard by now, left-handed pitcher Luiz Gohara got promoted earlier today and will be making his debut with Atlanta in a start against the Texas Rangers tonight. Gohara, who was acquired through a trade with the Seattle Mariners in the offseason, currently ranks as Atlanta's eighth-best prospect and second-best left-handed pitcher according to MLB Pipeline. Texas will have a debuting pitcher of its own as right-hander Miguel Gonzalez will make his first start for the Rangers since being acquired from the Chicago White Sox on August 31. Here's a look at the rest of Texas' lineup:
