Video: Braves highlights and post-game interviews - 4/9

Max Scherzer did Max Scherzer things and there isn’t much anyone can do when that happens as the Braves fell to the Nationals 2-0. Here are the Braves’ highlights and post-game video from the game.

Julio Teheran came into the game against the Nationals on a good string of luck against the division rival in their park. Aside from the first inning, that string continued.

While the offense was lacking for the Braves, Ender Inciarte still brought his glove with him to DC and generally that means good things will happen.

Brian Snitker was quite impressed with Scherzer, in particular with how effective his cutter was in the shutout.

After the game, Freddie Freeman shared his thoughts on what he thought of Julio’s performance on the mound.

And finally, Julio himself talked about how his slider and changeup were the pitches that helped carry him to a very solid outing against a loaded Nationals lineup.
