The Braves won a rollercoaster game against the Washington Nationals by the final score of 5-3 in twelve innings which saw the Braves lose two leads before the third one stuck as a win. Here are the video highlights and post-game interviews from the game.

Ozzie Albies got things started for the Braves in the first inning with a solo shot. It was his fourth of the season (through 12 games!) and he leads the team in the category....just like we all predicted.

Kurt Suzuki had himself a day against the Nationals. Here is his first home run of the day (hint: this would not be his last)

Ender Inciarte made a break for the plate in an attempt to steal home. Even after review which a lot of folks (but not all) showed he was safe, he was out and we were destined for a long one. We will let you be the judge if he beat the tag or not.

Kurt Suzuki wasn’t done after hitting one home run earlier in the game. In the top of the 11th inning, he came back for seconds with this blast to left.

Peter Bourjos came up with the game-winning hit (no, that isn’t a typo) as he threaded the needle for a two-run single in the top of the 12th inning.

Brian Snitker talked about the satisfaction of winning a game like this as well as the immediate toll of such a back and forth, long game like that one.

Brandon McCarthy talked about when he injured his shoulder covering first in the game. If this were me, the cameras would have been outside a closed door as I was weeping and asking them to amputate my arm.

Kurt Suzuki shared his thoughts after the game on the team’s win and on his big game.
