Ozzie Albies Leads Braves to 4-0 Victory Over Cubs

Ozzie Albies went 2-for-5 at the plate and turned in two spectacular defensive plays to help the Atlanta Braves to a 4-0 win in their series opener with the Cubs. Preston Tucker had a three run home run off of Yu Darvish while Anibal Sanchez fired six shutout innings.

Braves staying patient with Camargo, Acuna

Johan Camargo’s road back from an oblique injury suffered in spring training is nearing an end but’s Mark Bowman says that the Braves aren’t in any hurry to rush him back. Camargo is getting at bats at Triple-A Gwinnett currently and could be activated before Monday’s series against the Phillies begins along with top prospect Ronald Acuna.

Braves release Kade Scivicque from Gwinnett
