Ronald Acuna in left, hitting sixth for Braves tonight against Reds

The Atlanta Braves look to snap a two-game skid Wednesday night when they continue their series against the Reds. Wednesday’s game will also be the major league debut of top prospect Ronald Acuna.

Acuna will be in left field and hitting sixth in the Braves’ lineup on Wednesday. Johan Camargo gets the start at third against the left hander and Carlos Perez will do the catching.

The Braves haven’t faced Reds starter Brandon Finnegan much but here is how they have done in limited opportunities.

  • Nick Markakis - 3-for-7
  • Freddie Freeman - 1-for-5, 2B, 3 K
  • Peter Bourjos - 1-for-4
  • Ender Inciarte - 0-for-2
  • Matt Wisler - 0-for-2
  • Preston Tucker - 0-for-1

Billy Hamilton gets the day off for Cincinnati with Scott Schebler taking over in center.
