Vizcaino dealing with right shoulder pain

Braves’ closer Arodys Vizcaino continues to deal with pain in his right shoulder. Lucas Sims recalled from Gwinnett, Preston Tucker optioned

Needing a fresh arm for the bullpen, Atlanta recalled RHP Lucas Sims prior to Saturday’s game and optioned outfielder Preston Tucker. Sims wasn’t used on Saturday and had been slated to start for Gwinnett. He will slide into the long relief role now. After a good start to the season, Tucker’s opportunities have dwindled of late and he will head down where he can see some consistent playing time.
