Video: Albies, Braves snap skid with 7-3 win over Orioles

Ozzie Albies added three more hits to help Atlanta snap a three-game skid.

Ozzie Albies added three more hits to his season total to help the Atlanta Braves to a, 7-3 win over the Baltimore Orioles. With the victory, Atlanta avoids a sweep and snaps a three-game losing streak.

Freddie Freeman put the Braves in front early with a two-run single in the first. Freeman finished 1-for-4 in the game and now has driven in 53 runs this season.

Ozzie Albies broke out of his funk over the weekend and added three more hits on Sunday. He also picked up his seventh stolen base of the season on this play where he caught the Orioles napping.

Nick Markakis went 2-for-4 on Sunday with a pair of doubles giving him 25 for the season. This one increased Atlanta’s lead to 3-1.

Charlie Culberson got the start at third on Sunday and went 1-for-4 with this two-run double to put the Braves up 5-1.

Dansby Swanson didn’t start on Sunday but came on to pinch hit in the eighth and launched his seventh home run of the season.
