Toussaint has put together a terrific season. He began the season at Double-A Mississippi where he appeared in 16 games while posting a 2.93 ERA. He struck out 107 in 86 innings at the Double-A level. He was promoted to Triple-A on July 4 where he has made one start allowing five hits and one run over 6.2 innings.
