Arodys Vizcaino has still not resumed throwing but the Atlanta Braves are hopeful that he will be able to return at some point this season. Right shoulder inflammation has sent him to the DL twice this season.
Snitker said Vizcaino (shoulder) remains a few weeks from resuming throwing activities. The Braves continue to say Viz will return at some point this year, but I'd say they're being pretty optimistic.

Vizcaino has reportedly dealt with shoulder issues all season long but things became more serious in June. He hit the disabled list for the first time on June 24 and returned on July 3. He made three appearances before the soreness in his shoulder returned and he was placed back on the disabled list on July 14.
The fact that he hasn’t resumed throwing and won’t for about two more weeks really shortens his window for returning. Presumably, he would have to do so before heading out on what would likely be a lengthy rehab assignment.
When healthy, Vizcaino has been good this season posting a 1.65 ERA in 33 appearances.
