With just a few days remaining before 2019 comes to a close, MLB.com is continuing its look back at the big events of the decade. For the Atlanta Braves, Mark Bowman counts down the biggest home runs of the last 10 years. Jason Heyward’s home run on the first swing of his career tops the list, but Chipper Jones, Ronald Acuña Jr. and Freddie Freeman all make appearances.

MLB Pipeline also took a look at the best farm systems of the decade with the Braves coming in at No. 1 on the list. Atlanta’s farm system produced Freddie Freeman, Andrelton Simmons, Jason Heyward and Craig Kimbrel early in the decade and closed it out with the debuts of Acuña, Ozzie Albies and Mike Soroka. The Houston Astros came in second with the Boston Red Sox rounding out the Top 3.
