Sophomore slump? More like sophomore...umm..not slump! Nailed it.

To no one’s surprise the accolades keep coming for Yung Ronnie as the gifted outfielder just claimed NL Player of the Week after his monstrous performance last week. The 21 year old hit .545/.630/1.081 while crushing three homers, a triple, four walks, and a stolenbase.

To go along with his killer start with the bat to start the season - Ronald is also second in the league lead in DRS(5), and is T-5th in all of baseball in fWAR (1.0). He’s putting together an extremely impressive start to his sophomore campaign and we are all here for the ride. Buckle in, sit back, and enjoy the Acuña show. This should hopefully be the first of many awards for the talented youngster this season.
