The Braves have been victimized by an unsteady bullpen in 2019, and will now be without closer Arodys Vizcaino for the remainder of the season, according to an official team press release.

Vizcaino has previously been sidelined with shoulder soreness, which manifested in Spring Training. Those issues lingered even as Vizcaino made four appearances this month, allowing just one run in four innings with six strikeouts. It remains to be seen where the club will turn for stability in the bullpen but for a group that has already been a liability early on, losing Vizcaino is a significant blow.
