The Atlanta Braves will be seeking a three-game sweep and their fourth consecutive win when they face the Chicago White Sox Sunday evening at SunTrust Park.

Freddie Freeman is back in the Braves’ lineup after exiting Saturday’s win in the sixth inning. Freeman was hit in the foot by a pitch in the second inning but was sore and came out of the game before its completion. Ronald Acuña Jr. also returns to the lineup after getting a day off on Saturday. Brian McCann was activated from the injured list prior to the game and will start behind the plate and hit fifth. Rafael Ortega will hit seventh and play left while Billy Hamilton get another start in center field while hitting eighth.

For the White Sox, Rick Renteria will stick with the same lineup as Saturday except for the inclusion of James McCann who will catch and hit fifth.

First pitch is scheduled for around 5:10 p.m. ET and can be seen on Fox Sports South.
