The Atlanta Braves continued their march towards a second straight NL East division crown this week. Fresh off of taking three of four from the Washington Nationals, Atlanta split a four-game series in Philadelphia but was able to reduce its magic number to eight in the process. With 91 wins, Atlanta has already eclipsed last season’s win total and with a strong finish, could reach the 100 win mark for the first time since 2003.

As a result, confidence in the direction of the team has soared of late topping out at 99% of the vote for three straight weeks.

Additionally, Brian Snitker’s approval rating remains strong holding steady at 89% for the second straight week.

This week’s national questions centered on the division race in the NL Central and AL Central. Entering play on Friday, the St. Louis Cardinals have a four game lead over the Chicago Cubs and Milwaukee Brewers in the NL Central. A whopping 77% of FanPulse voters think the Cardinals will hold on and win the division.

Over in the American League, the Minnesota Twins hold a 3.5 game lead over the Cleveland Indians in the AL Central entering Friday. A commanding 84% of FanPulse voters think they will hold on to take the division crown.

That is it for this week. Let us know what you think in the comments below. We are in the final few weeks of the season but there is still time for you to get on board and be part of our FanPulse voting. Just go to this link to get signed up!
