Nick Markakis had a big game in his return from the injured list while Mike Soroka was masterful once again in a 5-0 win for the Atlanta Braves over the Washington Nationals. With the win, Atlanta increases its lead in the NL East to 9.5 games and reduces its magic number to clinch the division to six.
