MLB: NLCS-Los Angeles Dodgers at Atlanta Braves Kevin Jairaj-USA TODAY Sports

It was the Bryse Wilson show on Thursday, as the young right-hander surprisingly emerged to shut down the powerful Dodgers lineup. Wilson worked six innings, allowing just one run on one hit with five strikeouts. There were mixed feelings about Wilson entering this start, but he pitched the game of his life on a night when the Braves needed it most. Absolutely incredible performance from the right-hander.

Offensively, their were a number of stars but none brighter than Marcell Ozuna. The big man blasted two homers on his way to a 4-for-5 game with four RBI, leading the way for an Atlanta attack that plated ten runs.

Braves’ Game 5 starter still up in air

If Brian Snitker’s word is to be trusted, then Max Fried is not an option for the Braves on short rest in game five. Instead, the starter for the potential series clincher is a complete toss-up, as no clear candidate has emerged. The Braves are likely to employ a bullpen game of some sort, but could also turn to Kyle Wright. We will have to wait and see which option appeals most to Snitker.

This time, Braves on the right side of big postseason inning

The Braves did not wait very long to exact revenge on the Dodgers for the embarrassment that was game three.
