The World Series is happening right now. The Braves are not in it. That makes us sad.
However, there are some pretty exciting things happening from a history perspective in the Fall Classic, especially if you are fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers. After Randy Arozarena set a bunch of postseason offensive marks in Game Three....and continued to in game four, Corey Seager reminded everyone that he is having quite the postseason run himself as he connected for his eighth homer of this postseason. If you watched the NLCS, you would have probably taken the over on how many homers he had this postseason.
He wasn’t the only one that showed out for the Dodgers and etched their name in the Dodgers’ history books as Justin Turner connected for his 12th postseason homer in a Dodger uniform. That seems pretty good and Turner is going to be a REALLY interesting name to watch this offseason.

Rays win a wild Game Four in the World Series
You will not find a wilder ending to a game in the World Series than there was in Game Four between the Dodgers and Rays. There were a ton of lead changes, some questionable defense by the Dodgers, and one of the stranger runs around the basepaths that ultimately scored the winning run...but all in all....an instant classic as the Rays tied the series 2-2.
