Braves Playoff Roster

Marlins Playoff Roster

There are a lot of storylines in this series between two teams that have a history of, well, not liking each other very much. The Marlins have overcome some self-inflicted wounds involving COVID-19 and, well, not following protocols to get here which no one predicted when the season started and DEFINITELY didn’t think was going to happen when half of their roster was sick. The Braves finally got a playoff series win thanks to some surprisingly great pitching against the Reds last week.

Will the Braves offense show up in this series to make things a lot easier?

Is the Marlins’ starting pitching going to be good enough to give them a chance?

Will Ronald Acuna Jr.’s wrist hold out long enough to allow him to produce at the levels at which we have grown accustomed?

Are the Marlins capable of losing a playoff series?

Today, we start to get answers to these questions and more, so join us as we follow along with the first game of this, well, unexpected matchup in the playoffs. As always, have fun and try not to be total jerks in the comments section. There is a good chance that we will post an overflow thread once the number of comments starts getting north of 1,000, so keep an eye out for that. Lets do this thing.
