More bad news....

The injury bug has bitten the Atlanta Braves again as Ronald Acuña Jr. was scratched from Tuesday’s lineup due to a sore left wrist. The Braves will open a two-game series against the New York Yankees tonight. Ender Inciarte will start in centerfield and hit ninth. Dansby Swanson moves into the lead off spot with Travis d’Arnaud moving up to second.

Acuña is considered day-to-day but, given that Ozzie Albies was just placed on the injured list for a similar ailment, there is reason for concern. The timing is tough for the Braves as Acuña had just started to heat up at the plate.

Acuña hasn’t had any discomfort until Tuesday and thinks that it might be a result of a recent slide per MLB.com’s Mark Bowman
