Some great injury news for Ronald Acuña and Ozzie Albies today.
Encouraging updates on Acuna Jr & Albies from Anthopolous. Acuna is in Atlanta & will be examined today/Sat & team is hopeful he'll be ready to play Mon. No timetable, but they haven't placed him on the IL bc they thought he had a chance to be back soon. #Braves 1/2

Ronald had his wrist examined his week and will be examined again in Atlanta today or tomorrow. Acuña was never placed on the Injured List. He has been out of the lineup since Tuesday. The fact that Ronald remained with the team and is being examined today or tomorrow in Atlanta is clearly better than visiting Dr. Andrews. But he remains ruled out for Miami this weekend.
Also, Ozzie Albies’s wrist is coming along as well.
Albies took dry swings & "did not feel any pain." He will come in today/Sat & #Braves feel like he's moving in the right direction. Since they've taken the time to put him on the IL, want to make sure the issues with his wrist are resolved. "Pain free is a really nice step." 2/2

Ozzie took part in a practice session today and is apparently feeling no pain. Albies has been on the Injured List since August 5th and is eligible to return tomorrow. However, he is expected back with the Braves no earlier than next week.
This is excellent news for a team on a three-game losing streak. Ender Inciarte has two singles in nine plate appearances and Braves’ second basemen have slashed .200/.220/.400 in their stead.
