MLB Trade Deadline tracker and open thread

The Atlanta Braves will continue their road trip Monday in Boston but we will also be keeping an eye on activity around the league with the MLB Trade Deadline set for 4 p.m. ET. The Braves added a starter on Sunday acquiring veteran left-hander Tommy Milone from the Baltimore Orioles in exchange for two players to be named later. GM Alex Anthopoulos said that the team is continuing to monitor the trade market and could look to swing another deal.

Below is a list of the significant deals that have been made so far:

Monday, August 31

• The Miami Marlins acquired OF Starling Marte from the Arizona Diamondbacks in exchange for Caleb Smith, Humberto Mejia and a player to be named later
• The Toronto Blue Jays acquire LHP Robbie Ray from the Arizona Diamondbacks in exchange for pitcher Travis Bergen
• The Oakland A’s acquired LHP Mike Minor from the Texas Rangers in exchange for two players to be named later.
• The Cleveland Indians trade RHP Mike Clevinger, OF Greg Allen and a player to be named later to the San Diego Padres in exchange for SS Gabriel Arias, LHP Joey Cantillo, C Austin Hedges, INF Owen Miller, OF Josh Naylor and RHP Cal Quantrill.

Sunday, August 30

• The San Diego Padres acquired catcher Austin Nola and relievers Austin Adams and Dan Altavilla from the Seattle Mariners in exchange for outfielder Taylor Trammell, infielder Ty France, catcher Luis Torrens and reliever Andres Munoz.
• The San Diego Padres acquired catcher Jason Castro from the Los Angeles Angels in exchange for reliever Gerardo Reyes.
• The Colorado Rockies acquired reliever Mychal Givens from the Baltimore Orioles in exchange for infielders Tyler Nevin and Terrin Vavra.
• The Chicago Cubs acquire 1B Jose Martinez from the Tampa Bay Rays in exchange for two players to be named later.
• The San Diego Padres acquired 1B Mitch Moreland from the Boston Red Sox in exchange for INF Hudson Potts and OF Jeisson Rosario.
• The Atlanta Braves acquired LHP Tommy Milone from the Baltimore Orioles in exchange for two players to be named later.

Saturday, August 29

• The San Diego Padres acquired RHP Trevor Rosenthal from the Kansas City Royals in exchange for OF Edward Olivares and a player to be named later.

Friday, August 28

• The Oakland A’s acquired 2B Tommy La Stella from the Los Angeles Angels in exchange for 2B Franklin Barreto.
• The Chicago White Sox acquired CF Jarrod Dyson from the Pittsburgh Pirates in exchange for international bonus pool money.

Thursday, August 27

• The Toronto Blue Jays acquired RHP Taijuan Walker from the Seattle Mariners for a player to be named later.
• The Tampa Bay Rays acquired OF Brett Phillips from the Kansas City Royals for infielder Lucius Fox.
