The 2020 trade deadline came and went without much action for the Atlanta Braves, but there is still a game to be played tonight.
After tweaking his hamstring during last night’s 12-10 slugfest over the Phillies, Ronald Acuña’s status still needs a bit more time before being solidified:
Snitker said Acuña hasn't been re-evaluated today. They'll be cautious with the hamstring. So, I wouldn't be surprised if he sits until the Braves return home on Friday.

In the meantime, Ender Inciarte will take his place in centerfield and bat ninth. Ahead of Ender, Brian Snitker will line up the Braves 1-8 as follows:

Austin Riley, who has been scorching recently, will move up into the fifth slot in the lineup. Early Cy Young candidate Max Fried will toe the bump for Atlanta, and he will throw to Tyler Flowers who bats eighth. This will be Fried’s first time facing the Red Sox, who will roll out the following lineup:
#RedSox vs #Braves: Verdugo RF, Vázquez C, Devers 3B, Bogaerts SS, Chavis 1B, Dalbec DH, Bradley Jr. CF, Araúz 2B, Peraza LF, Brewer P

Despite trading Mitch Moreland and Kevin Pillar over the past two days, the Red Sox still have some firepower in their lineup. Rafael Devers, Xander Bogaerts, and JD Martinez can all still mash, so Fried will have to stay on his toes.
First pitch is scheduled for 7:30pm ET.
