When Braves fans sat down for the game against the Blue Jays tonight, the one thing that they absolutely did not want to see was another player getting hurt. With the news of Mike Soroka missing the rest of the season, the last thing that fans wanted to see was someone else getting hurt and a win would be pretty sweet.
Well, the Braves are currently winning said game, it was apparently too much to ask for an injury-free game.
Matt Adams left tonight’s game with left hamstring tightness.

Matt Adams had already hit a home run in the game before coming up lame running up the line about halfway through the game. With the Braves hurting for left-handed bats against righty pitchers, any prolonged absence from Adams would definitely be less than ideal especially since we still don’t know when Nick Markakis is going to return to the Braves’ lineup. Adams has been hit and miss with the Braves in 2020, but with Ozzie Albies ailing and Johan Camargo not doing much of anything at the plate, well...the DH options, particularly against RHPs, are looking a little sparse if Adams misses much time.
