Eddie Rosario set to bat leadoff for Braves in Game 1 of NLCS

It's weird but here we are.

The lineups for the first game of the 2021 NLCS between the Atlanta Braves and the Los Angeles Dodgers have officially been put out for the public to look at. Let's take a look at them, shall we?

Since the vast majority of people reading this blog right now are cheering for the Braves, we're starting with them first:

The leadoff spot has turned into a revolving door as of late and the next man to walk through that door at the top of Atlanta's order is Eddie Rosario. Generally, you want to see someone with a decent enough On-Base Percentage at the top of the order and if that's what the Braves are going for then Eddie Rosario is an okay choice for this. It's a weird situation but the Braves have no choice but to try to make the best of it.

Meanwhile, Joc Pederson and his pearls will be starting this game and it's safe to say that he's earned a spot in this lineup after the way he's been playing as of late. Everybody wants a piece of 'Joctober.'

Meanwhile, here's the lineup for the Dodgers:

The top of the lineup is as expected and then you get down there a little further and there's Albert Pujols. It was safe to assume that he was going to see some action in this series and he's getting it right away. Basically, it's your typical deep and nasty Dodgers lineup.
