The roster includes 25 non-roster invitees, including 12 ranked prospects, and three of the top five prospects in the organization. Pablo Sandoval, Carl Edwards Jr., and the recently signed Jason Kipnis bring a lot of experience to the table as they compete for bench and bullpen spots to round out the roster.
Drew Waters, Shea Langeliers, and Braden Shewmake are three notable prospects that will be showcasing their talent for the team to try and earn spots on the roster as well. Other notable prospects making the roster include pitchers Freddy Tarnok, Victor Vodnik, Daysbel Hernandez, and William Woods who showed up in 2020 throwing 99 MPH+. Prospects Bryce Ball, Justin Dean, and Michael Harris will also make the roster and get valuable time with the team as they attempt to earn spots in the near future.
Spring Training is right around the corner with pitchers and catchers set to report on Wednesday!
