Prospect list season continues this time with Keith Law dropping his Top 20 prospect lists for every team in the NL East, including the Atlanta Braves, over at The Athletic. The Braves had four prospects in Cristian Pache (No. 3), Ian Anderson (No. 15), Braden Shewmake (No. 64) and William Contreras (No. 70) in his Top 100 list. Additionally, Shea Langeliers was included in his group of prospects that just missed out on the Top 100.

The next group of prospects for Law includes Tucker Davidson, whom he says has the highest floor of any of Atlanta’s pitching prospects, Drew Waters and 2020 first round pick Jared Shuster.

Law has been lower on Waters than most historically and he cites the lack of approach and the rising swing and miss numbers as he has faced advanced pitching. Those are valid concerns and it makes Waters an interesting prospect to watch this season.

Kyle Muller and Freddy Tarnok round out the Top 10. Outfielder Michael Harris has also received some prospect buzz and comes in at No. 13 on Law’s list.
