Craig Mish of the Miami Herald and MLBNetwork reported Friday morning that the Marcell Ozuna market is “moving forward”.
Per sources Marcell Ozuna market moving forward. Rays appear to be among final teams involved. Braves still possible. Could be another. Will be a multi-year deal for Ozuna once final. 3-4 year range. Not imminent.

The Rays have been widely reported by Mish and others to be among the finalists for Ozuna, as strange as that is to consider with their notorious payroll limits. Mish also reports here that the deal will be in the 3-4 year range, which many expected him to get at the beginning of the offseason, despite what has been a fairly stagnant market for Ozuna all offseason.
Jon Morosi of MLB Network also reported earlier on Friday morning that the Braves “continue to be favorites to sign” Ozuna.
Marcell Ozuna is the top free agent position player still available, and the #Braves continue to be the favorite to sign him, as I reported on @MLBNetwork this morning. @MLB

It appears that we are finally nearing the end of Ozuna’s free agency, which makes sense, given that there are less than two weeks left until spring training is set to begin for many teams. While Mish did report that nothing is imminent, some market movement and the proximity to spring training means that we can probably expect a decision in the next few days.
