The Atlanta Braves will head to Sarasota Wednesday for their first night game of the spring against the Baltimore Orioles. Charlie Morton is scheduled to make his second pitching appearance of the spring for Atlanta. Morton allowed two hits and struck out three over three scoreless innings in his debut against the Red Sox.
Lefty John Means is the scheduled starter for the Orioles. Means will be making his fourth appearance and has allowed 10 hits and six runs over 7 2/3 innings in his previous three outings.
As expected, Austin Riley returns to the lineup for Wednesday’s game. Cristian Pache will hit sixth and play center field while Ender Inciarte hits seventh and will make his first start in left.
