With just over a week remaining in the Grapefruit League season, the Atlanta Braves will make the trip to Fort Myers Monday where they will take on the Minnesota Twins. Kyle Wright will be on the mound for Atlanta and looking to bounce back after a shaky performance.
Wright wasn’t sharp in his last outing where he allowed three hits and two runs in just 2 2/3 innings against the Red Sox. He did record four strikeouts but also walked two and hit two batters. He is still among the group vying to begin the season as the fifth starter so he needs to show some more progress Monday.
For Minnesota, Jose Berrios will make his fourth start of the spring. He was knocked around in his last outing to the tune of eight hits and four runs over four innings against Pittsburgh.
Austin Riley is the only Braves regular in Monday’s lineup. Ender Inciarte will lead off and play center while Jake Lamb will hit second and be at first base.
