The Braves finished up the spring slate on Tuesday with a win over the Red Sox. Among the most exciting developments for Atlanta were an RBI double from Cristian Pache, a three-run homer from Ozzie Albies, and 42⁄3 innings without allowing an earned run by Drew Smyly, but the biggest key was undoubtedly the return of Mike Soroka. The right hander fired two innings, allowing one run, but most importantly his stuff looked great and his leg appeared to be healthy. Getting Soroka back in the mix just as the season begins is a huge boon for a rotation that already looks deep and talented.
