File this under not particularly surprising: even given the addition of the DH, the Braves’ lineup is largely unchanged. Jorge Soler shifts to the non-fielding position but is still hitting second, while Adam Duvall, Guillermo Heredia, and Joc Pederson fill out the outfield and hit seventh, eighth, and ninth, respectively.

Meanwhile, the Orioles are going to attempt to snap their skid of 15 straight games by lining up this way behind Keegan Akin:

It’s a new lineup for Baltimore, with Ryan Mountcastle batting second for the first time all season (and career, aside from when he entered as a pinch-hitter once). This will also be Jorge Mateo’s first start in right field for Baltimore, though he did have some games there for the Padres earlier this year. Anthony Santander, who’s having a bummer of a campaign after a mini-breakout in 2020, sits in favor of Mateo in this one.
