How do the Braves handle prospects?

I wish the Braves beat writers would answer back on social media. I'd like to get a sense of how prospects are handled in the minors. Are some given better treatment than others, meaning more face time. Or are they more hands off and just leave it up to the players? What do they do with prospects in instructs?

Beat writers never seem to talk about this kind of stuff and it's something I geniunely find interesting.

You look at a guy like Royber Salinas and his immense talent, but that it might totally get squandered cause of his weight and lack of athletcisicm. Wouldn't you want to get that guy on some kind of program to lose fat, add muscle, but also to improve fitness and work on atheticism?

There were times watching him, and he looked to struggle in his windup due to his weight and seemed to lead to very poor fastball command.

I'm not saying fat guys can't pitch, but it seems his chances would improve if was in much better shape.

It's also more than just Salinas as well. What about hitters in the system. What's the hitting philosophy being taught at the varius levels.
