The Braves created space last night on their 40 man roster in order to sign a couple of free agents. My prediction and hope is that they are not done with the White Sox and trade Grissom and a couple of pitching prospects for Dylan Cease and then Alex Anthopoulos does his thing and signs him to a five year team friendly deal. They then sign Josh Hader and Jordan Montgomery. With excess pitching they turn around and trade Max Fried to San Diego for Juan Soto - both in last year before becoming free agents but Fried more likely to sign with Padres being from California and Acuna and AA can work on getting Soto to give Braves a discounted deal (if not we have a Murderers Row for one year).
